Dr Gerard Caffrey established a General Practice on the Suncroft road in Brownstown almost 35 years ago, he has been a practicing GP for forty years. The staff are very helpful and friendly and a range of services are provided including: vaccinations, travel vaccines and health checks.
 
The country practice is situated on the Suncroft Road. A convenient location easily accessible from Newbridge, Kildare, Kilcullen, Suncroft and the surrounding town-lands.

Update: 16 November 2021

Dr Caffrey is retiring from the GMS scheme and will therefore no longer be taking on GMS patients. Those currently on his GMS list have been contacted by the HSE with details of their new doctor.

Dr.Caffrey will continue to see private patients for the foreseeable future.

Dr.Caffrey is ever grateful to have been in service of the community in the Curragh & surrounding areas over the past 40 years, providing care to generations of families during that time.
